Had an awesome electrician come and replace some old outlets and switches and in the process got our garage door opener to work also. Excellent service and done right. Would recommend to anyone that needs electrical work.
Incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Had been dealing with my property managers trying to save a buck by repeatedly sending inexperienced novices over to solve the issue at hand to no avail. Finally someone honestly admitted they were in over their head and referred the job to Revolution. Not only was Dennis very personable but he solved all the issues in less than an hour. Also a big thank you to Monique at the front desk for expediting the appointment. Excellent work. Would highly recommend them.
I write this review because Revolution Electric is currently suing me. I hired this company to install a waterproof electrical box for my septic grinder. They accepted the job and came out for the installation. Apart from having major issues trying to install the hardware, and the fact that the waterproof box they installed was not waterproof, it took them 4 hours to install. Already this seemed fishy to me, until I discovered they charge by the hour, regardless of what the job was. After the installation of the box, the whole system would not work, and I called them back to fix it. Seven days later, someone came out to fix it. Take in mind that my family of six could not use the toilet or take a shower as long as the grinder would not flush our water. This time two individuals came out to my property and spent six hours trying to fix the problem. After that, they informed me that the electric connections were fine, and that the new grinder and pump I had purchased was broken. They had also cut a cord in half for unknown reasons, and when I informed them the cord was cut, they said I didn't need the cord because the pump was broken (which didn't make any sense). They told me I should hire a plumber to replace the pump, which is what I did. It took the plumber 15 minutes to determine that none of the cords were attached to a power source and he fixed the problem for $200. Two months later, Revolution Electric sent me an invoice for $1,145.59, and when I called to ask why, they sent me to collections, and now the collections agency is suing me because no one could explain to me why breaking one's pump and not being able to fix it again was worth paying over a thousand dollars. If there was a way to give less than a single star, I would.
I received several bids before choosing an electrician. Matt was slightly higher but I felt good about hiring him to replace the 50 year old panels in my house and shop and doing some minor upgrades. The crew showed up on time and their professionalism was apparent, immediately. The quality of work was outstanding. I am very happy with Revolution Electric.
Mike at Revolution Electric provided great, thorough service, all with a terrific, positive attitude. He didn't leave until he was sure that everything worked and that we were happy with the service. High quality work at a fair, competitive price. I'd definitely use him and Revolution again.
