Throughout the entire process, Allen was attentive, thoughtful, professional and knowledgeable.My wife and I can't recommend Allen at Sunset enough and should we need an experienced electrician again, we will absolutely give him a call.
The main line into a fusebox (installed less than 3 years ago) Has two anchors out of 3 come loose from their anchor bolts following a windstorm. I called twice & was told someone would follow up on Monday to arrange some service. The 3rd Monday is nearly here and still no call. I am disgusted they would not follow up on something that is hardware they installed. I was not expecting them to do it for free. Now I guess I will ask the Power Company for a referral for another electrician.Will NEVER hire Sunset for any problems. This is dangerous & inexcusable.

If your vans don't stop driving down my street at 40mph (25mph residential) we're going to have a serious problem. S street in Springfield.
They do good work, they just don't show up when they say they will. Two days off for the eclipse, work one partial day, don't show up for the rest of the week. One day the next week. Dont show up Thursday, Friday, all of Labor Day weekend. Promised to come Tuesday...too smokey to work. We're going on three weeks with only two days work and the job 1/3 done.
