Robert did an excellent job. I ran into a wiring issue with a bathroom fan and he was quick to diagnose and resolve. I appreciate that he responded quickly and made it out the same day.
Would love to recommend him, however, I can't. Initially Robert was great. Then we had an issue, set up a plan, confirmed the plan and then never heard from him again. Even after multiple attempts to reach out on our end. Never heard from him again. Still haven't.
I met Robert yesterday, He's a Great, Young Man. Very Polite and Professional. He was also conversational and Pleasant. He did Fantastic work.
Cannot speak to their work because for the last 10 days I’ve been ran around trying to even set up an appointment. No one would call me back, only text sporadically, including actually texting me at almost 10pm saying they’d set something up but when I reached back out was met with radio silence again. Very weird interactions, if you need someone quickly I would suggest elsewhere.
