I didn’t even get a quote to know their pricing. I called for a quote, a guy came out and said they would call me. I never heard anything. I called after a month went by. They said I had to speak with the guy. He would call me that day. Didn’t call me. I called the next day, he said he still needed to write a price and will call me the next day. Never for a call. I called AGAIN, and the guy had left for the day and would have to call me the following week. At that time, I said forget it. Terrible service and no respect for other people’s time.
I called Ruby Electric on a Thursday afternoon. Troy was at my house at 9:15am on Friday for a 9:30 appointment. His work was very professional and thorough. I would recommend Ruby Electric for any and all electrical issues.
We cannot say enough good things about Ruby Electric. They responded to our electrical problem in a very timely manner getting our power restored to our home. Their personnel were prompt, professional, thorough, and courteous.
Called Ruby electric for some faulty outlets, I was told someone would be by before the day was over. No one showed up, but it was worth the wait. I called back the next day and had Chad come over and service my home. I explained the issue to Chad and with surgical precision he knocked out my issue with ease. Knew exactly what he was looking for and executed it very quickly.Would highly recommend Ruby electrical and Chad for sure. If they can't get to you that day definitely give them another shot.Worth the wait!!
