He is super organized and handled everything with Alectra and the ESA so I did not have to worry about the coordination. Elkhan was very respectful, easy to work with, professional, ready and willing to help. Now these are traits hard to come by in trades these days as I'm sure most of us know even if you pay top money. YYZ Electric's pricing is fair but you get more than what you pay for which is rare! He even fixed a 3-way function for a dimmer switch I had added without asking for extra money. How many people do that for you? Now that's what I call customer service and I have no issues recommending him to anyone who needs quality workmanship without worrying about being taken advantage of.
