Work was done in a transparent professional manner.. I have worked with 2 other electrical companies in the past 2 years. The difference in quality of service is like NIGHT AND DAY. Kraun employees like Steve stand behind their work ( one year). Their prices are competitive and Steve took the time to understand what my future goals were regarding setting up a separate apartment temporary rental unit for my home. in compliance with city of St Catharines by law standards.. Kraun was recommended to me by another licensed electrician who took the time to evaluate the initial quote. He was too busy to take on my electrical job and referred me to Kraun. Geez, what can I say.

A very refreshing reminder as to how a business should be run, and the type of quality service that makes them a 1st choice for referrals for any electrical work.

I doubt they are the cheapest, but u get what u pay for.
