Steve was very professional and knowledgeable with the new LED light fixtures and explained everything, especially to my elderly mother who is partially blind, so helpful and kind. Work was done in a transparent professional manner.. I have worked with 2 other electrical companies in the past 2 years. The difference in quality of service is like NIGHT AND DAY. Kraun employees like Steve stand behind their work ( one year). Their prices are competitive and Steve took the time to understand what my future goals were regarding setting up a separate apartment temporary rental unit for my home. in compliance with city of St Catharines by law standards.. Kraun was recommended to me by another licensed electrician who took the time to evaluate the initial quote. He was too busy to take on my electrical job and referred me to Kraun. We are brand new to the Niagara area and needed an upgrade to 200amp service, after doing some research I found Kraun and the great reviews they had. Steve was sent to do our consultation and worked out a plan that met our needs. On install day, he arrived with an assistant, Ludwig, and right from start to finish they were professional, courteous and took great pride in the work they performed! Expect more work from me in the future, thanks!
