Russell found the problem with the panel right away. The previous worker had left the piece under the switch melted and somewhat burnt. It may have ruined our old AC. We had a new AC installed. The electrical panel was causing our new AC problems. The panel started crackling and smelled bad again after we thought it had been fixed. Then we called Russell. We are so happy and grateful, especially since we don't have to worry about a fire!

Last time they quoted us a price and came in under the quote. I can't remember the last time that happened anywhere, but I was ecstatic!
