Joe is very professional and did an amazing job. He pointed out a crucial fire hazard that needed to be addressed and was able to fix it that day on top of the two outlets we needed repaired. He went above and beyond and was even able to fix an outlet others had told us they couldn’t. We will definitely be using him again.
It was an absolute pleasure having Mr. Tyler Holladay come out to install some GFCI and 3- prong outlets in our home. He was extremely professional, wanted to make sure things were up to code, but did not try to up-sell or fix anything unnecessary. He was very up-front with the pricing and was very accommodating when I asked him to replace 1 more switch. He was here for an estimate and ended up doing the job the same day. The company also offers a free safety inspection! Overall, very happy with the service provided!
Nice company, felt like the communication was okay, only issue I can think of was I said what I wanted and the options were a little less than thorough. I probably should have had a second opinion from a local to “my community” company come out and give me an estimate. Everything works and looks clean. Just a bit lower than my expectations for the price.
I needed some outlets installed in my basement and some wiring fixed on the exterior of my house. Kyle did an amazing job! Not only was the work great, he was personable and communicated clearly. At no point in our interaction did I feel like I was being taken advantage of because I'm a single woman. I've had other contractors come in and give me inflated quotes because of this. I will be recommending Mr. Electric and Kyle to anyone that I know who needs electric work done.
I have received very satisfactory service with Paul, the service electrician who has come to Address and fix my electrical issues in my home completely to where I feel very safe and secure with all the work and attention that he has given to me in my home. There were even obvious reasons why I needed additional electrical work done to avoid any mishap in the future.
