Received a prompt call to confirm my ticket and let me know they would call me if an earlier appointment became available. It did, and I actually got a call as promised, not a text or an email. When they arrived, no one was home and I let them in remotely Sam offered to stay on the phone while he did the initial diagnosis but I told him that wasn’t necessary and call me when he needed me. I appreciated the recognition they were in my home alone and not flippant about it. They had to order a part and Sam underpromised and set appropriate expectations. In the end they were able to over deliver because Sam acted with integrity and honesty.
They were very professional and did a great job. I appreciate them calling and getting the job done ahead of schedule, and they cleaned up their work space really well. It was cleaner than I had it for them to begin with! I would definitely do business with them again!
