The owner, Gary Weiss, responded to my call within minutes and got us on the schedule super quickly, even though it was a whole box replacement, which required a permit. He and his team handled it like true professionals.

For me, no news is good news, and I didn’t hear from them about any issues or complaints. They just showed up when they said they would and handled the job quickly and professionally. Sent the bill and I paid as soon as I received it.

That’s how I hope every construction transaction I have goes. The reality is that it’s hard to find companies like that these days.

I knew Gary Weiss’ dad, Mike Weiss, he was one of the most honest, hardworking people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing.
