Recently we were in need of a new electrical panel and a hookup for a hot tub. After getting several bids we chose Grasser. The prices were similar, but Kevin delivered Professionalism and Knowledge when explaining the process.Kevin and Jake could not have done a better job working together through the day and clean up was perfect. Billy and Brendan did a fantastic job putting up a large chandelier in our 25’ great room. They were completely professional - they somehow got a 20’ ladder into our house without touching the walls or bumping into anything!?? Then they took a lot of care and time figuring out the best way to wire and put up the chandelier, and did it perfectly. They were the epitome of professionalism! Great guys!
I would love to give Sean & Kevin a 5 star review. They were very punctual, courteous & did an excellent job. They installed wiring for a tv to go above our fireplace. They explained it all & then did their magic. They even mounted the tv bracket & put up the tv. And they cleaned everything up when they were done. If I’m ever needing any electrical work done I will be calling Grasser
My wife Paula and I were visited by Sean and Jordan from Grasser Home Services today to install a dedicated circuit, new outlet and whole home surge protector to accommodate our new electric fireplace heater. They showed up on time and did an excellent job of listening to us and then explaining what they recommended. The work was completed quickly and the price was very reasonable. Thumbs up to Grasser. These two technicians were Great!
We had a wonderful experience with Grasser. Shawn arrived promptly on time, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem quickly and quickly resolve the issue. We were extremely happy with his service. Our issue has been going on since Christmas so Shawn resolving our issue as quickly as possible was truly appreciated. Five stars
