I had to get some electrical work completed in my home. Fairly straight forward to get someone to come and in a quick turnaround too. Travis came by and I explained what we were looking for and he gave very clear expectations. Forward to the work being completed. Jacob, Dominic, and Desiree completed the work and they were all fantastic. Jacob clearly communicated what he was doing and set clear expectations for every one of the jobs to be completed! I booked an appointment for an electrician to come and install a wired-in smoke detector and check the motor and jets on my whirlpool tub. They booked me in, but called me over a week ahead of time as they had finished a project early and could fit me in earlier than planned ?? Wayne and his colleague were professional and Wayne explained everything as he went, checked the motor and jets and was able to confirm they were getting power but the motor was overheating. We also quickly discussed a future project and how much it might cost. The smoke detector was installed seamlessly. I will definitely call again for that future project, highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the service I received. I had electric baseboard heaters changed and Wayne who did the installation was very professional, competent and pleasant to deal with. I definitely recommend this company for any of your electrical needs.
I had the owner of Roberts Electrical in to figure out what electrical work was needed for my new water pump/well. Since I wasn’t sure when the water company would be coming, he offered to coordinate directly with them.As it turned out, the water company showed up the very next morning — and I needed the electrical hooked up that day for my water to work. Robert’s Electrical came through without hesitation, showing up that same day with no notice, just to make sure I had running water.I've used them for other jobs as well, and the service has always been excellent. In the spring, they quickly identified a high voltage issue and even offered to contact Hydro One on my behalf to help speed up the resolution.Truly above-and-beyond service.
