Dyer electric did a lot of work at my house during a renovation. When a piece of glass for a new lantern broke, they paid to replace it, but after it arrived to be installed, told me they'd have to charge for the house call. Dona said, she was willing to stop by when they were in the neighborhood, but that call never came.They installed a new outlet in the kitchen that smoked after two years, which I paid someone else to replace.One of the recessed lights that they installed flashes periodically, and for some reason they were never able to figure out how to get the new doorbell to make an audible ring.I asked them to reconnect the original remote to a new fan they installed, because it had more functionality, but they couldn't figure it out.

I am writing this review in utter disbelief. Without going into too much detail these fine folks went above and beyond looking into a matter for me. They made a call to the utility provider and ultimately resolved the issue in under 4 hours. I had been working on this for 8 days with no luck prior to calling them. If a major utility provider respects their knowledge and expertise this much you know they are one of the best. Thank you Anjelica for all your help!
The customer service and quality of work from Dyer Electric was impeccable. Making the appointment over the phone was super easy. They were very polite and seemed grateful to accept our business. Our electrician was Patrick. They called to tell me when he was on the way. Patrick arrived with a friendly attitude. He was very knowledgeable and finished the work expertly much sooner than I anticipated. He was so fantastic, once I find the perfect ceiling fans, I’m calling Dyer to have Patrick out for another job. Thank you Dyer and Patrick!
