i had a list of 5 things i needed attended to at my aging condo… light switch needed replacing, oven hood fan needed replacing, bedroom ceiling fan/ light needed replacing, smoke detector needed replacing and estimate on fuse box to possibly replace. My husband was at condo to receive Opi as i was at work. All work was done well and total bill was happily less than i was bracing myself for.
