Absolutely phenomenal. We wanted an outlet installed behind our wall-mounted TV to hide the cord, and after struggling to get someone to commit to come out we reached out to Dependable Electric. Paul answered my first call while on another job and promised to get back to me later that day, which he did! Not only that, he was able to come out the following day(!) and get the job done, in about half the time he originally estimated, saving us a lot of money and time. Everything about him and his team was incredible:* Super fast response* Explained everything he was planning to do* Was able to come the NEXT DAY (it was originally tentative based on whether he could make it out that day, but he made it happen)* Better solution than another electrician who wanted to cut up our drywall -- Paul's solution required no clean-up* Worked very quickly and efficiently* Had his work virtually inspected by the power company on the spot* Way less $$ than originally estimated (because he and his team were quick)It's like he snapped his fingers, one minute we had an ugly cord on the wall, the next we're looking at a clean, safely hidden cord with a new outlet.
