I had an amateur wiring done by the previous owner that proved to be potentially dangerous. Fernando found it, unwired the lights, and came back early the next day to track down the problem. They fixed it quickly. This is the second work they have done for me. Thank you.
I had one area of my house that did not have power and the rest did. I thought maybe it was a circuit breaker issue or faulty wiring. Fernando came in and in the dark was immediately able to assess the problem and fix it quickly. Turns out my space heater had overloaded one of my outlets and he told me that they are notorious for that. So now I will be looking into more energy conserving options. I had an outlet that started to smoke so I called Greenlife to come figure out what was happening and to fix it. Fernando came by to fix it and did a great job. I purchased the outlets I needed to fix the issue so that I would have to deal with any markup on outlets they might have. Once they looked at what was going on they were able to fix it quickly but discovered that the box was not to code and said they needed to replace it. They charged me $11.25 for the box that was probably a $7.00 box which I'm ok with. I get that markup but that is not all they charge. They also charge 30 min of labor for the box as well so that $7.00 box really cost me $78.75. When I reached out to Jahmar and told him I thought that was not right his response was, "The box doesn't just appear in the truck. We actually have to go to the store to pick it up and keep it in stock". And I get that but he can go on to Amazon and order 10 in a matter of 5 minutes and have them shipped directly to his shop. It's the cost of doing business. I would recommend them for the work that Fernando did but over all I would not recommend them for their prices.
Can’t Thank Greenlife enough for updating the electrical in a home my son bought. One phone call, quick response back, met at the home, and within days, work began. He listened to all of my son’s wants and delivered as asked without hesitation. They’re fast, friendly and professional. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend Greenlife for all electrical work. Their service and workmanship is excellent. Had residential work mounting and wiring a Samsung Frame TV over our fireplace. They flush mounted the TV, installed an in wall receptacle behind the TV for the breakout box, rerouted and installed a new power outlet, and fished HDMI and Ethernet cabling down and across the crawl space and back up to an adjacent wall. Our second job replaced a 14-50 outlet with a Tesla Wall Connector. Installation was super fast and quick. Can’t recommend them enough.
