They let us know about a potential issue that was spotted under the house and they were so thoughtful that instead of cutting off all the power to find the circuit, they made sure not to disrupt the washing machine, which I greatly appreciated. My wife and I tried to install a new ceiling fan in our living room that has a vaulted ceiling. After 4 hrs. of frustration and renting a 16’ ladder the fan never made it up! I called Joel Foy Electric and spoke to Sam who got a good chuckle out of my dilemma. A cancellation opened up some time for them that same afternoon to assess my situation. Jake and his apprentice came out and within one hour had my fan up and running with the remote all working perfectly! Thank you gentlemen for your professionalism in installing our new ceiling fan and possibly saving my marriage! Just kidding, but we are very satisfied and will always call and recommend Joel Foy Electric!
