After I texted him a few pictures of my electrical panel, he quickly spotted the problem, ordered the parts, and scheduled an appointment. It was a very smooth process from getting the estimate to finishing the work. Richard was very responsive in answering my questions and addressing my concerns, and showed great customer service. I have found him very professional and competent, and will definitely call him when I need help again.

I reached out for electrical help on Yelp a week or so ago. Richard was the first person/company to reach out to me. He was extremely personable and attentive to my request. He and Julian came to my home to provide the service last Friday 10/17/2025. They were professional, patient, and kind. They understood my request and performed the service accordingly. I was pleasantly surprised. And I am pleased with my Govee lighting.
