Not only did he troubleshoot the problem, but he gave me the most practical, dad like advice about why it was happening and how to prevent it in the future. The best part? He absolutely refused to take any payment for his time and help. In a world or that kind of honesty and kindness is rare, this experience really stood out. Not only did he fix all the issues, he explained his work, he pointed some things out, and was even willing to teach me some basics which saved me a good amount of money. The rates we're great.
