Not only did he troubleshoot the problem, but he gave me the most practical, dad like advice about why it was happening and how to prevent it in the future. The best part? He absolutely refused to take any payment for his time and help. In a world or that kind of honesty and kindness is rare, this experience really stood out. Brian scheduled an appointment for within a couple of days I called (non-emergency). I was surprised when I received a call that he had a cancellation and could drop by even earlier than appointment.
