Another describes added shed and hot-tub outlets; Jose filed for permits that day and returned for an inspection that was approved.

Jose has done a handful of different electric jobs at our house, including installing a hard-wired EV charger, and electric extensions across the house. Jose is a nice and approachable person and his work quality is very good. Would definitely hire again.

I contacted Jose with Modern Age Electric to get a quote to move an external electrical outlet on the front of our brick home due to us building on a long porch. After sending a picture of the area, Jose gave me a narrow range of what the cost would be. Due to our need to move this outlet quickly, he accommodated us and came out the next day. Jose was punctual, respectful of our property...he always slipped on shoe covers when he entered our home...didn't blink an eye about having to go under the house (several times) and gave some very helpful suggestions for our future electrical project needs. He was very fair with his price. I'm so glad to know that we have a licensed electrician that we have now used, trust and can call anytime. We want to support tradesmen not big business, so we prefer small business owners. If you want someone you can trust, someone who will be honest with you and not worry that you will be taken advantage of with the price.... you need to call Jose at Modern Age Electric.
