William and his assistant Roger were fabulous. We had a big problem that needed a lot of work. William explained what we needed, it was extensive. He immediately got the project started that day. He and Roger worked throughout the day, into the evening to complete the work. Along the way, William explained everything, very thorough. They troubleshooted additional problems along the way and solved each one. Very professional and informational. And while it was a costly job that was needed, they made our old house safe again and still saved us money. We could not be more pleased.
