I will not be doing business with this company again. They charged me for 7 hours to install an electric vehicle charging station, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. The guy got out of his truck at 7:45 a.m., I explained the job, and he started working at 8 a.m. They added a $50 service fee, bringing the total to $170 plus tax, and nothing has even been done yet. According to electrician friends, it was a relatively easy installation, about 5 hours, and I had prepared everything thoroughly. I'm also very disappointed that they charged me for 45 minutes of travel time when I live only 18 minutes away. They told me on the phone that he would be there at 7:15 a.m. since it only takes 15 minutes to get there.
Terrible customer service. Difficulty confirming a date for the work because they're very busy. I understand the situation and wait several weeks. They put me on a waiting list. I called them back and was told they were going to try to place me between two clients. Okay, I don't have a problem with that (if only I had known what it entailed, I would have refused). One fine morning, they showed up at my house and started knocking and ringing the doorbell without having called... What's more, I was off work that day; it would have been perfect timing if I had known BEFOREHAND... I was in the thick of it! Seriously! ... My cell phone was ringing non-stop, knocking, ringing, the dogs were barking their heads off... it was super relaxing! I didn't answer... Well, mistakes happen, they simply forgot to call me. Another day, they called me back at 8:00 a.m. to come at 8:30 a.m. because a client had cancelled, but they would have to leave around 10:00 a.m. I said okay, but if the work wasn't finished... He said he was going to charge me for a second trip. What? Labor for the remaining work, yes, of course, but not for travel time, not twice. I refused. Ugh, I was starting to lose confidence. The following week, I received a call at 6:05 a.m.! That was enough. What a lack of professionalism! I told them to remove my name from the list... In the end, I went with another company. I simply think they have too many clients and don't want to turn any away, but they should.

Poor Service. I called for an emergency service and their Vice president said he will be onsite in an hour. I called after an hour or so to confirm if the technician is onsite, and the staff said they will call me back. But got an email that they can't do the job because they are booked til Feb 2024. The fact that they said they will be on site and left me hanging without saying anything is very unethical and unprofessional. It would be nice if they said that from the beginning rather than let me wait and gives me hope that the emergency job I need will be taken care of. I could have called someone else and would understand if they are really busy.
