I would give 0 star if I could. The customer service was terrible. They failed to show up for multiple confirmed appointments without any apology, then increased the cost of the power outlet installation by more than 30%. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.
Terrible, terrible, terrible!!I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give a “0” or negative stars. Came with way too big of a crew for the job and they came & left repeatedly and I never knew when they would leave to do another job. Pricing and quotes changed daily with no changes being made by me. Job was fully explained to Joe yet he never wrote any notes and did all from memory or lack there of. Do NOT pay him until the job is 100% complete as he was supposed to change 3 switches that he said were on back order after everything else was complete. I’ve called him several times with no return call. I do not usually write negative reviews but this was sooo bad that I thought it was necessary and it might save someone else from making the same mistake as me.
