Bryson B. did some work for us and throughout the process he was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and an overall benefit to what is usually a stressful experience. Everything went smooth (especially for an older house) and whenever an issue did crop up, Bryson was able to swiftly diagnose and fix it. It was a pleasure having someone like him work on our house and we wish everyone that did were more like him!

Bryson Brown did a great job of replacing the thermostat of our electric floor heater. He was able to be at our house within 30 minutes of our call! We had a great experience with Mr. Electric. They were able to come out the same day for service, which we were incredibly thankful for. We had done our best to troubleshoot the issue ourselves, but really appreciated their expertise in identifying what was actually wrong. It turned out we needed a full panel replacement, and the team was on-site from 11 AM until well past 6 PM. They were professional, kind, and communicative the entire time, keeping us informed throughout the process. Truly a 10/10 experience, we would absolutely recommend Mr. Electric to anyone in need of electrical work!

Bryson and Nick did a fantastic job of replacing and upgrading my 40 year old electrical panel and adding an outlet for pool pump!! Bryson explained the process and what AFCI meant and did. He added a whole house surge protector and a generator plug. Bryson and Nick labeled my new panel. I am so pleased with their work.
