Timothy at Kato electric came out to our residence and provided exemplary service for a tricky diagnostic issue. The price was fair and the work has held up over time. I recommend them both.
Excellent service from Timothy at Kato. He did a quick assessment to provide an estimate, followed by a service appointment which sorted out our issues with some malfunctioning pot lights. Visits were on time and the estimate was accurate, and as a bonus he fixed a miswired motion sensor. Highly recommend.
Timothy from Kato did a fantastic job for my scope. I needed two plugs and one new line run from the junction box into my living room, one floor down.Tim came through and discussed the options prior to giving me a well written estimate. I ultimately chose to go with Kato based on the lowest impact to my home (cutting and making holes).He took time at the start to fully go through the planned placement for the lines and plugs. He took his time and thought through the process early, and did this all with just one open cut into the wall. The rest was done with fishing and small covered plates (even when going down a full floor!).He was efficient and professional, and even my dog was OK with him working in our home for the day. The plugs got put in, place cleaned up, and minimal effort now to patch up the cuts.
Andrew O’Connor did a stellar job on our recent kits condo renovations. All electrical was switched to SMART technology with Leutron and MYSA. The job was done in record time to accommodate our schedule We love the control we have of all our flighting and heating through our smart devices. Andrew is very easy to work with, professional and we look forward to his help with our second set of renovations in 2026. Everything was amazing! Our patio heaters and from the moment I called things were great! Quick and easy to make an appointment with online confirmation. The technician Timothy that came out is fantastic! He asked me what the problem was and went to work... solved it quickly, helped out with something else and did it all with a smile! The next time we need electrical help, I'm definitely calling Kato Electrical!
