Called and they attended to give a quote on a 200 amp service change. He said he would do one up, after 2 weeks contacted the owner said he wasn't doing one and just left us waiting, without contacting us. If that is service I would hate to see his work.
With supplies dwindling as a result of the pandemic Kal West went the extra mile to locate what we needed. I called on Tuesday afternoon and the panel was replaced and upgraded by Wednesday afternoon. Amazing turnaround and even more so under the supply circumstances many industries are facing. Awesome office staff and also a great crew onsite. Will only be going to them moving forward for any electrical needs.
I contracted Kal West to repair the meter base on my house. The meter base had pulled away from the house. Kal West did an excellent job of replacing the damaged meter base, and added an expansion joint to the conduit to prevent a re-occurrence of the problem. I am very satisfied with their work; and, have contracted them for another electrical project.
