Castles Electrical

I recently hired Castles Electric to upgrade the lighting and air circulation in several rooms of my house, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! Wayne installed 4 ceiling fans and 13 new lights (a mix of recessed and pendant styles—I provided the fixtures). He was professional from start to finish, explained the process clearly, answered all my questions, and worked efficiently without any mess. Wayne handled everything safely, tested each fan and light thoroughly, and even made small adjustments to ensure everything was perfectly balanced and wired correctly. No surprises on the final bill—they stuck to the quote, and the workmanship looks clean and high-quality. My home feels so much brighter and more comfortable. Highly recommend Castles Electric for any electrical work—reliable, skilled, courteous, and great value. I’ll definitely call Wayne again for future projects!

I noticed a burning smell coming from my breaker inside the house and the meter on the other side of the wall, outside, and Wayne was able to squeeze me in last minute at the end of the day on a Friday, which was such a relief. He quickly diagnosed the issue(s) and had everything fixed in a little over an hour. Wayne was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit. As someone who isn’t knowledgeable about electrical work (and honestly, as a woman letting a stranger into my home), there’s always a bit of stress and worry about being taken advantage of or overcharged. I never felt that way with Wayne, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and respected the entire time. I was so impressed not only with how efficiently he resolved the problem, but also that it ended up costing only the service call. Exceptional service from start to finish. Castles Electrical has earned a lifelong customer. Highly recommend! Update 1/25/26 I hired Castles Electrical again after such a great first experience, and they delivered once more. Wayne moved and installed a new junction box for a dining room light, and everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Heather was super helpful getting the appointment scheduled quickly, and Wayne arrived on time and went straight to work. He even reused drywall to patch the old opening and made a few smart adjustments to the pendant so everything looked and worked perfectly. Professional, friendly, and left the space clean. I’ll definitely be calling again to install a ceiling fan. Thanks again!

Castles Electric installed some beautiful under cabinet lighting for us and fixed a few issues we had with outlets and entryway lighting. Wayne was great to work with- courteous, answered all of our concerns and left all the workspaces cleaner than he found them. Highly recommend them!

Castles Electrical is great. They were recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint. I’ve now used them twice and will happily call them again. They have been reasonable, flexible, professional, and accommodating. I vetted two other contractors for my last two electrical jobs and I’m glad I landed with Castles. For anyone considering an EV charger install, they are knowledgeable and capable. They installed both Tesla Wall Connector and Emporia Pro w/ power management for me. Very pleased with both installations.

After speaking with multiple contractors, Castle’s Electrical stood out not only for their professionalism but also for offering the best price I could find. Initially, Tesla directed me to go through Qmerit, who then assigns an installer, but the quotes I received through that process were shockingly high. I decided to reach out to Castle’s Electrical directly, and I’m glad I did. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the Tesla PowerShare installation process and answered all my questions with confidence. The installation itself was smooth, clean, and very well executed. I was so satisfied with their work that I recommended them to a friend—who also ended up using their services and had a great experience. I’ll definitely be contacting Castle’s Electric again for any future electrical projects. Highly recommended!
