Our initial quote was a bit high and they had to come back a few days later. When the technician arrived, he mentioned the quote was higher than it should’ve been and gave us a good deal. The install went well and we were happy to save over $100 on the install.
Honesty! Called them out when Oncore disconnected us without warning. Was very fortunate to get Mr. Hogness.It would have been easier to sell me $5k meter box replacement Oncore said I needed. Instead he told the truth. My equipment is old and will need replaced sometime, I already knew that, but there's nothing wrong with it today.Was able to get Oncore back out to reconnect me same day. Amazing. Everyone else told me I was out of luck before they even came out. And it'd be days before they could squeeze in just an estimate.I know who will be doing my future work.
Mr. Electric continues to give the best service in our area. We had an outlet that went out and having used Mr. Electric before we knew they would be our first call.
