We just had the very best experience with Southeast Electrical Services. We had a major project done in that they re-did the entire electrical in our Waukesha home to make it modern and safe. They were timely, kind, respectful, honest, and knowledgeable. Sean explained everything to me so that we could choose exactly what services and options we wanted. He didn’t push me into a bigger job/expense than I was comfortable with. They left minimal repair work for us which we appreciate, especially with such a big job. And, Sean went above and beyond at every turn. Little things like bringing in our mail (before we have had a chance to move to town) and big things like helping us receive and set up a basement humidifier after a storm which wasn’t even a part of the electrical work we had contracted with them to do. We look forward to working with this company again and have zero complains. Five stars all around!!
If you are looking for some classy gentlemen to come to your home to assist you with electrical needs - these are your guys. We met with Sean and he gave us great ideas, gave us a very reasonable quote, and kept in great contact. Mitch was the gentleman that came to the house and he is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Mitch was willing to do a few other little tasks that we uncovered while he was here and did so with no hesitation. He even crawled into our "dead bug" infested attic to change a light bulb! I would highly recommend these guys!
Sean was very helpful and went above and beyond. He explained about the project and volunteered to look at something that was not part of the original project. I would use their services again and would refer to anyone I know.
Sean and Mitch were a pleasure to work with! We had electrical panel damage from a storm and Sean and Mitch were able to quickly work with us on replacing the panel in a quick timely fashion.
