Cool Hand Electric, Heating, & AC Repair

Our home is over 125 years old and we needed to update our electricity. When our electricity went out during this last freeze, we didn't know who to call. My husband and I said a prayer and decided to call Cool Hand Electric. Well after Tory Jackson got our electricity back up and running, we knew our prayers were answered. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. After talking to Tory, we decided to take the plunge and update our electricity in our home. We had many electricians in our home over the last few years and we were well aware that the update needed to be done. The huge electrical update was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price (we did get a second opinion). Every part of our experience with Cool Hand Electric was a FIVE star experience. They will definitely be our go to company for future electrical and AC needs.

Shiloh and Miguel came out today (the day after I called) and installed a generator plug to my breaker box! They walked me through the steps, helped me set up my new generator, and then had me walk through the steps to make sure I knew how to operate the system safely. This is the third time we have had Shiloh do electrical work, and I always ask for him! Professional, punctual, kind, and understanding. So thankful for Shiloh and Miguel’s help today.

I think my decision was right while I need install wall charger in my garage for my EV car. We worked primarily with Shiloh, Kenyon,Miguel,Bella and Rebecca who was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything, answered questions clearly, and made sure the work was done right — not rushed. The quality of the work truly shows.
