We wanted a television mounted. The original appointment was confirmed but then rescheduled because the technician was “feeling a little sick”. When the new appointment was scheduled, the technician was over an hour late after I called to see where they were. Then, the work had to be scheduled for another day after looking at my setup. I should have canceled then. When they showed up AFTER seeing my setup, they said they were not equipped to complete the job. But they had already drilled holes to put up a television mount on my wall when they informed me of this. What a disaster! The owner was supposed to call to “make it right”, but we have heard nothing. This is not a reputable thing to do.
