We found ourselves with all three of our pendant lights in our kitchen not working. Based on the excellent ratings of ESN, we called them. The owner, Chris, answered and was able to set up a service appointment within a couple business days. Two electricians, Doug and Ian, arrived and literally ‘saved the day’. After an initial assessment, they were able to identify the problem which required the replacement of our dimmer switch box as well as installing the correct dimmer-rated chandelier bulbs. To save us going out and locating these items, they took it upon themselves to run out, pick them up, and then install them the same day. We want to thank Chris for sending out his team in such a timely manner as well as Doug and Ian for their professionalism and skills in resolving the issue so quickly. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with them.
I called regarding concerns of a faulty smoke alarm (wiring), and Chris came over with no hesitation to take a look. He was quick, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend!

ESN sent well qualified electricians to do the work on our renovation/addition. Our home was built in 1965 so there were a couple of surprises that Ben was especially good at handling. We highly recommend them to anyone.
I don't usually write reviews but for Chris Jeffs I will. He took time out of his busy schedule to help me out and it was on a weekend, where others couldn't or wouldn't. His work quality is great and he knows what he's doing. If you're looking for any electrical work just call him and relax knowing it will be done fairly and honestly.
