We had West Electric do a full 200-amp service upgrade plus several dedicated circuits at my home. Ed came out on a Saturday for the initial walkthrough and was honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to from the start. The crew was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to have in the house. Kimberly and Lori in the office kept communication clear throughout the whole process. Permit was pulled and approved without issue, inspection passed clean. Competitive pricing and zero surprises from start to finish. Highly recommend and will be calling them again.
If you need to install a Wall Charger for your EV in Connecticut and have an old house, you won't regret the expertise of West Electric... Is there anything they can't do. We had the pleasure of getting Traver and Nick to do the install... don't plan on sleeping in the day they do the work... 7:30am ding dong. Impeccable and friendly service !!
