James scheduled the project , (installation of surge suppression at the electrical panel), within a few days of our request. He showed up on time. He worked efficiently and kept the mess to a minimum, cleaning up as he worked. The installation was as expected. The cost of the job was very reasonable. I’ve used James many times and most recently with his apprentice Xavier. James has always done a great job showing up on time and is as neat as can be which always means so much to me. On several occasions, he managed to correct the problem that I thought was gonna be a much bigger deal than it turned out to be.
