The entire experience has been great right from the start! If you call- you speak to a person(Erin) not an answering machine! The estimate was fast and easy(Andrew) and scheduling was the same. From estimate to work done was only a week!!!! The technician that showed up(Kevin) and his helper were friendly, polite and made zero mess and worked very effectively! This is now my go to electrical Contractor!

Within 5 minutes diagnosed the issues, gave me a quote of a fantastic price and suggested and was able to install a surge protector. He was done fast, efficient. He was kind, knowledgeable, laid back and very good at his job!!! We just found our trusted electric company!!! Highly recommend

We had a fairly big need between a panel upgrade and other miscellaneous electrical work and had researched a few electricians in the area, reaching out to Crowe initially as one of a few options. Crowe’s exceptional customer service made our choice easy - there was a stark, discernible difference between Crowe and the competition, which made us choose them quickly for the job.

Booking a technician visit was easy via their website, and text push notifications notified us with a photo of our technician prior to his arrival. Kris and Liam were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to hear about our problems in detail before presenting a few quotes, all reasonably priced for the level of work we were looking to do.

Eryn’s check ups and coordination for the work date were friendly and timely, and we felt at ease with our questions being answered.

For the work date, Kris and Liam arrived on time, worked efficiently and made sure to walk us through the new equipment and pertinent details, before going above and beyond in cleaning up prior to leaving.

Crowe has secured our business and we will use them again. Would highly recommend!

Crowe Electric did a fantastic job today. The work includes: 1) removing the old cooktop; 2) installing a junction box in the cooking cabinet; 3) changing the breaker that is compatible with my new cooktop; 4) installing the new cooktop. Every job was performed in an efficient way and my communication with electrician went really well. In addition, the customer service is always responsive and offers the earliest service they can (usually the next day service). Highly recommended!

The hole cut was so clean that I did not have to hire a plasterer. They readily accepted my idea to run the wire from the attic and attach it to the circuit that had the stair sconce lights

They did all the work in one day and couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. They left me feeling assured that we had a great product for a fair price.
