CMD Electric has been fantastic to work with the past few years! They’ve played a major role in making our first house a home. Sebastian has always communicated in a timely matter, priced fairly, and has shown up at a moments notice. As we move onto our next home, we’ve built a list of changes and improvements we know will get done perfectly. Including Gemstone Lights!

I did my homework on which permanent lights to install on my house and I decided on Gemstone Lighting and am super glad I did! After deciding which lights I then looked at which dealer I should have install them and after looking at many reviews and comments I decided to contact CMD Electric Ltd. From beginning to end this company gets a 5 Star Plus rating from me. I got to meet and work with Sebastian, Bonnie, Derek, Clayton, and Ben, what a fantastic team they are! They were so patient and helpful and they took the time to answer any and all my questions and there were many and they reassured me they are available long after the install for questions or issues that may arise. They made me feel at ease with my decision for choosing Gemstone Lighting. CMD Electric lived up to my very particular and fussy standards, trying to make sure everything was perfect for me. They went above and beyond treating my place as if it was their own home and they get an A++ for attention to detail. I appreciate the outstanding customer service I was given by this very professional and accommodating team. They have been around since 2016 and they continue to upgrade their system including a new hub controller Aug 24 and as of Oct 24 a 10 year warranty with a lifetime warranty on bulbs also if I sell my house the warranty can be transferred for a period of time, who can beat that... If you have more than 1 hub which I do it's good to know they can be synced together and having an electric company doing the install is peace of mind. I also love the true Warm Whites these lights offer. I had Gemstone lights installed on all sides of my house and my separate garage and I love them so much that I want to get my 2 backyard sheds done this summer so we can enjoy the wonderful light show ourselves from the comfort of my living room. CMD Electric did an amazing job on the electrical at our home. Being first time home owners, we did not know what to expect in terms of pricing but by far Sebastian was the best quote we received. Altogether, they installed new pot lights in our living room, removed all of the old fixtures and added new light fixtures in our dining room, kitchen, and one at the top of our stairs, we also had some outlets replaced and added light switches. CMD Electric also installed brand new ceiling fixtures in our 3 bedrooms where there was previously no lighting at all. We were very impressed with the timeliness, cleanliness, and overall professionalism from CMD Electric. Sebastian had even recommended another contractor to repair our ceiling from where our previous dining fixture was - he also did a fantastic job! From now on, we will be recommending CMD Electric to anyone who needs electrical work!

CMD Electric did a fantastic job supplying and installing 70+ pot lights and smart switches throughout my entire house. They also supplied and installed my kitchen counter lights which looks amazing! In addition, they also installed light fixtures in all of my bathrooms, home theatre ceiling speakers,, speaker wiring throughout and my EcoBee smart thermostat. Sebastian and his team were professional,, courteous, friendly, always on time and completed the work on schedule. CMD Electric was also very helpful in providing guidance & recommendations that achieved great results. Sebastian and his team also took care to ensure my brand new hard wood floors were protected while the work was being done. CMD Electric are professionals with years of experience and knowledge.
