The work was the absolute highest quality and professional. I am retired with 50 years of construction experience. Is was great to see young men with so much knowledge and professionalism. Everything was perfect from start to finish. From first calling it in, to getting a quote, all the scheduling and communication, and even following up when there was a tiny hiccup. Great experience today with Spartan. They scheduled the appointment on the first phone call last week, sent text updates to let me that my appointment was confirmed, sent reminder texts with who my technician was plus they arrived a few minutes early. Work was completed less than an hour with an explanation of what was wrong and options for completion. I chose to upgrade my fixture and it was fast and affordable.
These folks are fantastic. Very responsive. Super nice and very professional. Their scheduling and notification system is modern and works well. You get a text when someone is on the way with a picture of who you will be meeting. Spartan Electric is a smooth operation.
They worked 21/2 hours. They were polite informative and efficient. It was a good experience and I would hire them again if I needed to. I have not gotten the bill but was quoted $125 an hour plus supplies.
