We are very satisfied with the work that Doug Thomas and his crew performed for us recently. I was looking for a residential electrician and happened to see his truck in the Walmart parking lot. I stopped the young couple (son Brandon and wife) and asked if they did residential work and Brandon quickly got me a card out of his truck. He took the time there and then to listen to what I needed and suggested that I call his Dad to set up an appointment. Doug called me back quickly and a meet and greet was set up. Within a week our bathroom fan/light was replaced (along with some other work) and within a week after that the bathroom ceiling was patched and painted. Easy peasy.

Thomas Electric installed the conduit prior to the concrete pour, outlets, low voltage lighting, and a ceiling fan for our outside pavilion. They listened to what I envisioned for the project, made suggestions, and taylored everything to meet my design plans. They took time to make themselves available to get their work done so the concrete could be poured on schedule. They went to great lengths to make everything look nice and neat, including hiding the wiring for the lighting and fan. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated and the project surpassed my expectations. While doing the wiring in the panel, they discovered arcing from an HVAC unit installed by another contractor. Doug immediately turned the breaker off, called me to explain what they found, and repaired the wire that was arcing. Many thanks to Doug Thomas and his men at Thomas Electric for a great job on the project! Highly recommend!

We cannot speak highly enough about Thomas electrical services. In an age when other electricians do not even return a phone call, Doug picked up the phone when we called and made an appointment to check out our job the next day. He arrived promptly, listened to what we wanted, offered positive suggestions and artistic guidance, and gave us a fair price.

A crew of 3 arrived to install lighting on our new Pavilion. The quality of their work was exceptional, and they used parts that were of the highest quality, yet reasonable in price. They were respectful of our house and put down a drop cloth where they would walk to the basement electrical supply. They called to check on us after the job was completed and were happy to come back down to adjust the lighting to a different angle.

My wife and I highly recommend this family-run business. We look forward to adding more lighting on our patio with them in the near future.
