Dave came and installed an EV charger for me. The installation looks really good and he took the time to make sure the car was able to charge from the charger. He also answered all my questions regarding the installation. I wouldn’t hesitate to employ his services again!

The work he completed for me was complete, thorough, and very clean. If I had questions he was very responsive, and made the process very transparent with what to expect. Dave really knows everything about wiring for EV charging. There were problems with how my previous charger was installed and he took time to explain why it had problems, how it could have been worse and everything he did differently to be sure I didn't have problems in the future. He's passionate about doing everything well and a pleasure to work with. Great communicator before, during and after.

Recently has a Level 2 EV charger installed at my house. I used Duke Energy for the EV Charger Installation Rebate and the provided Green Wave Electrical as the certified installer/Contractor. David reached out quickly after I was approved through Duke Energy and we discussed briefly over the phone about my current electric/panel setup so he could work on a brief quote for me. He sent me the quote the next day and I ended up only having to pay $95 out of pocket after the Duke Energy EV Installation Rebate was applied. David made the extra effort to install my EV charger before the Thanksgiving holiday. When David began setting up to install the charger, I asked him how long it would take and he said typically a few hours. I came out 30 minutes later out of curiosity and he was DONE. He said this wasn’t a typical installation speed but my electric panel/location of the charger made it easy and quick. David was super knowledgeable, friendly, and offered advice on EV charging tips. I highly recommend Green Wave Electrical for anyone looking to install an EV charger at their home. Thank you for making this process seamless from start to finish, David!
