I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Matrix Electrical Services. My outdoor hot tub suddenly stopped working, and I had no idea what was wrong. Instead of guessing, John carefully tested everything until he pinpointed the issue — a broken circuit breaker (which, funny enough, was his first hunch).John and his assistant, Dylan, were awesome — super professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on and how they fixed it. John and his team did a wonderful job! They were prompt in providing a quote, and were very flexible with me as I had to reschedule our services due to some shipping issues. When they came out - they were on time, professional/friendly and got the work done in a timely manner. They helped me out tremendously moving and installing one fan, installing two new fans and installing two new light fixtures. They even took the old fan and fixtures off my hands so I wouldn’t have to worry about taking anywhere. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them for future electrical work we are planning.
