He was able to help our family out at the last minute with hooking up our new hot water heater and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He coordinated seamlessly with our plumbers, which made everything go smoothly and reduced a lot of stress on my end. Brian was very transparent about the work that needed to be done and clearly communicated expectations, timelines, and costs.
