Justin M. and Josh W., with their incredibly kind and friendly demeanors, repaired and restored the downed weather head and riser. The family is extremely grateful for their speed and quality of work. The power was restored in time before the freezing weather. Thank you.

Josh did an outstanding job tackling a long list of repairs for me. He handled everything from cathedral ceiling smoke detectors and 30-year-old receptacle upgrades to troubleshooting dead outlets and replacing an outdoor transformer. He is highly skilled and was great at explaining necessary repairs clearly. I especially appreciated his creative problem-solving with a few unexpected issues and his mindfulness regarding my budget. Professional, thorough, and highly recommended.

I meant to write this review back in November when we worked with them but things got pretty crazy and it fell to the wayside. The fact that a few months later I still had it in my mind to give them a positive review should tell you a lot about the quality of their work. We had Robert W. and Josh W. help us out with our new house in Shrewsbury. It's an old house with a history of dubious DIY-inclined owners, so even basic things like swapping outlets needed pros. Robert and Josh were professional, good natured and efficient in setting up some new lighting, transitioning some old two prongs to three, and reviewing some of the more questionable decisions of past folks. They found air spliced cables hidden in our insulation and set those up to be safe, and highlighted some future things that we should consider having sorted out. I should also note that the whole house is lathe and plaster and they were minimally invasive in their installs such that only minor patching was needed. The whole experience was excellent; we will be using them on the future and, moreover, we will be recommending them to any friends who need electrical work done.

Our technician, Robert W, was very kind and helpful. First, one of our issues was because of a switch that was flipped (unbeknownst to us when we had company). Robert easily figured it out and didn't make us feel stupid like we should have known... He just told us and moved on (also did not charge us for our own nonsense). He then easily fixed our legit electrical outlet problem. He was kind and pleasant and we highly recommend Giroux, especially Robert W.

I am so happy I called Giroux about an issue I was having when National grid replaced my old meter with the new smart meter. My power kept shutting off and i contacted nationalgrid to check the new meter. I was informed from the technician that I had some corrosion inside the meter box which would not allow a good connection. Contacted Giroux at 9am this morning and by noon the issue was corrected. The smart meter was not connected correctly in the box. Owen and James arrived and we're very professional and explained what the issue was. I will definitely recommend Giroux to others.
