I had an electrial issue so I called Thunder Electric, spoke with Kit who was pleasant and very efficient with taking care of my problem. The technician named Will, was sent to my home to repair three electrical outlets that had stopped working. He was very thorough, professional and fixed my electrical problem within a reasonable amount of time. I’ve used Thunder Electric in the past for any electrical needs and will continue to do so. They are a great company in every aspect. I highly recommend them !!
Thunder Electric has done great work for us in the past. They did great work for us again and understood when they had to redo some of the work on a weekend to reverse extra charges. Thank you
They tell you over a week for an estimate, but it never comes. It wasn’t a huge job either so the wait does not make sense. Don’t waste your energy and time using this company.
T.j. was here within 30 minutes. And changed out our florescent bulbs and did a great, quick and efficient job. Bing bang boom. New LED lighting. What more can you ask for. And the guy, T J. Was super friendly. Awesome job thunder.
I want to give a big shoutout to Thunder Electric for their amazing help today. This morning, when I was feeling scared about some electrical issues, Kit, the receptionist, was so thoughtful and calming on the phone. She helped me feel heard and made sure Kody, the electrician, was at my home fast.When Kody arrived, I was frantic, and he stayed calm and collected, knowing exactly what he was doing. He fixed everything quickly and even took the time to show me how the breaker box works if it gets tripped. It gave me peace of mind, and I feel safe in my home again.After the service, I called Thunder Electric to say how wonderful the service was, and Monic, another receptionist, was so cheerful and helpful. I loved talking with her! Both she and Kit are absolute sweethearts! I'm just so grateful for how kind and helpful everyone at Thunder Electric has been throughout the whole process.Thanks again, guys! I'm so very grateful that we have people like you in this valley.
