I had a great experience with Rella Electric from start to finish. From the initial phone call to the on-site consultation and installation, the entire process was seamless. The project manager took the time to answer all of my questions and reassured me that no additional holes would be needed in my ceiling, and that a new electrical box could be installed to safely support our 55-pound chandelier.Although my time request was short notice, they were able to accommodate me. Frank, the electrician, arrived right on time and installed the new electrical box between two joists with precision and without leaving any mess. He was professional, kind, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward.Our chandelier is now securely hanging, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism.
