From the courteous folks who answered my call to Will who came earlier than scheduled to assess my needs to Frank and Franco who developed an efficient and effective plan of attack, and then implemented the solution perfectly! The scheduling was easy and everyone followed up and through promptly. Frank and Franco were especially impressive in their knowledge and skill. Courteous, knowledgeable, skillful and on time resolution is what I needed and it is exactly what I received. Thank you all so much!!! Rella Electric – where do I start? From the moment I called, they returned my call immediately and scheduled a same-day appointment for an estimate. William came to my home, thoroughly went over all my options, and gave me a very fair price for the work that needed to be done. They scheduled the actual work quickly, and when William and Brian arrived, they were on time, super professional, and incredibly hardworking. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and calmly handled any issues that came up during the process. After the job was completed, Christina, the office manager, called to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction—and it absolutely was. There were a couple of small things I wanted adjusted, and she promptly scheduled someone to come out on their day off to fine-tune everything. Anthony, who wasn’t even on the original job, came with William on his day off to make sure those final adjustments were taken care of to my satisfaction. On top of that, Christian, the master electrician and very busy owner, took time out of his day to call me personally and make sure I was happy as well. I’ve been on this earth for 50 years, and I’ve never dealt with a company that has gone so far above and beyond to make sure their customer is happy. I had a great experience with Rella Electric from start to finish. From the initial phone call to the on-site consultation and installation, the entire process was seamless. The project manager took the time to answer all of my questions and reassured me that no additional holes would be needed in my ceiling, and that a new electrical box could be installed to safely support our 55-pound chandelier. Although my time request was short notice, they were able to accommodate me. Frank, the electrician, arrived right on time and installed the new electrical box between two joists with precision and without leaving any mess. He was professional, kind, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. Our chandelier is now securely hanging, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism.
