Excellent service from Austin of D&H electric. He was prompt for our 8am appointment and was very polite. After a brief discussion of my issues, he got right to work in identifying the cause. Per his diagnosis he recommended the proper electrical socket for our needs. After replacement, he had some other helpful tips for usage of our kitchen outlets. All this done in about an hour and fifteen minutes. Thank you D&H for your local services and thank you Austin for exceptional customer service.
We had a service call today with Austin, from the time I called earlier this morning, I could tell I made the right choice. Both men were friendly & efficient. Austin came to my Condo and was able to fix my issue, explained what was doing and how it was being fixed. Could not be more pleased. My tech, Austin, was very knowledgeable and eager to find and fix all of the issues I addressed. He was also knowledgeable on current code requirements and was able to advise on next steps for later projects as part of an inspection. He worked diligently and was able to quickly troubleshoot issues with certainty as he narrowed down possible issues. All in all, every issue I had before he arrived no longer exists.
