Last minute fan upgrade was needed, had a family member recovering on a hospital bed in the living room & needed more air circulation. Received a text & email that the techs were dispatched, they arrived on time. There was 2 of them, job was to troubleshoot a few faulty outlets, process was efficient as one gentleman was at the breaker & the other tech was inside. Very kind & respectful demeanor, and I can dry my hair near my vanity again. 10/10, would highly recommend them for your home & commercial needs.
Update 4 Years Post Service: I received a call from Liggett saying that they were doing routine checks on my system online and that it was not properly transmitting data. I had what seemed like a million questions for the representative and she showed the utmost professionalism, patience, and answered all of my questions. She scheduled an appointment for the following day to ensure that my system is operating properly and reporting my solar information adequately. Not only was my experience with the installation technicians amazing, 4 years later Liggett continues to impress, providing outstanding customer service and support for their customer years later! A component in my system is being upgraded at no cost to me and without any effort on my end thanks to them standing by their product. It's a huge relief knowing they've got my back, and you should consider their business for all of your electrical needs! Liggett replaced both upstairs and downstairs AC / Heating units. They showed up as scheduled and replaced both units on the same day.We noticed the difference right away with the cooling output. On top of that the old units were incredibly loud outside, so the new units are a very welcome addition to our home. We no longer have to be concerned about our old units breaking down in the middle of the summer.I don't think you would be disappointed if you go with Liggett.Thanks Tony!
