Exclusive Floors provided us with some amazing service while replacing our flooring. Chris, the salesperson did an excellent job providing us with the quote and lining up the install. Kevin, Ethan and Taylor were outstanding with the removal of the old flooring and then the install. They were careful not to damage the walls and baseboards and their attention to detail was fantastic. Our floors are now properly levelled! We are so pleased we went with Exclusive Floors.

I'm a few months late posting this review, but wanted to share that we had an all-around wonderful experience with Exclusive Floors! Lisa is such a gem, she helped us with choosing new flooring for our front entrance, kitchen, and laundry room. Our home has been in my family for 55 years, so choosing the right flooring really mattered to us. She came to our home, truly listened to our hopes (and budget), and suggested options that were a perfect fit. She has a real gift at what she does! We couldn't possibly love our new flooring more than we do! We highly recommend Lisa!
Also, our unique floor plan was a challenge, but Kevin (their installer) handled it with incredible skill and precision. We truly couldn’t be more thrilled!
