The service is very slow, you have to wait at least 1hour before they load the tiles. Need more employees in the loading department. Just one guy is dealing with 10customers at same time…..
Had a great experience with chris, he was very transparent with the costs. And when anything else needed to be done he was on top of making sure everything went smoothly.the installer Kevin was great as well, he made sure everything was done right.

TL:DR - yes! They are great! Awesome selection and prices.Absolutely amazing.The show room is great - it keeps going. I really didn’t expect that - this was the 8th tile place we physically went to looking for ‘my vision’ (after weeks online and so many samples bought) - I had almost given up (the 4th place in Canada; the rest were in the states).I did go in with the expectation of “meh imma have to settle on something” OHMG! It actually allowed me to change my vision. So so happy.Fantastic prices.Rupinder is amazing; I had so many questions that I emailed over and she answered them all promptly. We were able to get single pieces so we could narrow it down in our house.Our contractor had told us about tile now days having a dip/belly (?) and that now they recommend 1/3 instead of 1/2 for staggering. Our contractor was shocked how good the quality was - I just knew they were pretty.Everything is done. It looks amazing. It came out better than I imagined.Highly recommend. Go. Awesome. Any future projects (much to hubby’s dismay) I will be going to them.In these photos the niche was not from them. The huge pieces behind the shower are just…. Wow.
