We got carpet from them in the last 2 or 3 years and the installation left a lot to be desired. Part of the carpet has already been re-stretched, but we have ridges all over the place. Pretty weak.
We just purchased new vinyl plank and carpet from Callaway’s. We originally planned to get bids from several vendors, but Rhonda made us so comfortable and we found exactly what we wanted! The guys did a beautiful job installing it all, and the one concern we expressed was dealt with cheerfully and to our satisfaction. If you need new floors, go to Calllaway’s! Quality customer service and product. When I first called they were willing to give me a pall park quote over the phone and current numbers based on the style and quality we were looking for. When we were ready to move forward, Rhonda came to our house the next day, took measurements of all the rooms, and had a quote to us before lunch. Install day: 2 very nice, polite and professional gentlemen removed all old carpet from 4 bedrooms and installed new in a little less than 5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and even offer to help move some of the smaller furniture back into the rooms we had moved out before they arrived. Fair prices and, most importantly to me, awesome customer service! Thanks to Rhonda and your install team for a job well done! Highly recommend!
