I spoke with Kyle on Saturday, and he recommended that James come by to assess the area and provide a quote. Less than two hours after I left the shop, James contacted me and even stopped by my house on his way home. I was so impressed that he took the time on a Saturday to come take a look.James is truly one of the kindest people you’ll meet — he makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. On the day of the repairs, he arrived on time, was organized, and treated my home with great respect. He quickly identified all the areas that needed attention and completed the work efficiently. He even stopped by my parents’ home afterward to stretch their carpet as well.James went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing their carpet stretched or repaired.
