Airdrie Carpet - The Flooring Store

I recently had the pleasure of working with Airdrie Carpet to have the carpet in my home stretched. I spoke with Kyle on Saturday, and he recommended that James come by to assess the area and provide a quote. Less than two hours after I left the shop, James contacted me and even stopped by my house on his way home. I was so impressed that he took the time on a Saturday to come take a look. James is truly one of the kindest people you’ll meet — he makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. On the day of the repairs, he arrived on time, was organized, and treated my home with great respect. He quickly identified all the areas that needed attention and completed the work efficiently. He even stopped by my parents’ home afterward to stretch their carpet as well. James went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing their carpet stretched or repaired.

We had an outstanding experience with Airdrie Carpet – The Flooring Store from start to finish. Kyle was fantastic during the estimating process—knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. Amin and his crew were equally impressive: very polite, respectful of our home, and meticulous in their work. The LVP installation turned out beautifully and exceeded our expectations. Best of all, everything was done at a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Airdrie Carpet to anyone looking for quality flooring and top-notch service.

Just had 2 large area carpets made and delivered to match a spiral staircase setting. ..…. And of course, no surprise with the outstanding service from Kyle. From helping determine the best wearability, pattern, and Color one can always count on Kyle for his expertise and honesty. Really appreciate his professionalism. Thank you. Very happy with the new look! ??
